McCormick Creek State Park
The first of Indiana’s state parks and still one of the best to visit, McCormick Creek State Park offers a wealth of outdoor recreation and beautiful scenery. The park offers hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, a nature center, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and more. Visitors can enjoy excellent fishing on the White River and a saddle barn for pony rides and guided trail rides. The most interesting features are the falls at the head of the Canyon and Wolf’s Cave. Be sure to bring your camera to capture some of the most scenic falls in Indiana.
