Canoe Policies
Reservations
To guarantee the equipment you need and help us provide the service you expect, we suggest reservations be made as far in advance as possible. Full payment is due at time of reservation. Rescheduling a canoeing reservation will only be available up to 3 days before the scheduled trip. No refunds will be granted for cancelations or no shows.
Guests not making reservations will be handled on a first come, first served, basis and may experience delays due to availability.
Weather
Dangerous weather or excessive water flow on the river will warrant rescheduling or cancelation of the canoe trips for the day. Please call ahead or check online to verify the River conditions and trip schedule. Light rain will not delay the trip. In the event of heavy rain we will issue a rain check for rescheduling as early as that day, depending on availability. Rain checks must be used by October of the year the rain check is issued.
- River levels over 8ft are considered dangerous and will cancel trips.
